Look No Further

I've been a client with Mr. Banks for five years now. (Longer than most relationships!) After we won the initial decision, for my wage and medical benefits we had to go to court a few more times. My case took a lot of turns, for complex reasons and Banks Firm was there and is still there fighting at ...every turn. Everyone's case is NOT the same, everyone has different circumstances and I thank God for bringing Mr. Banks firm into my life to fight and win these battles with the utmost integrity. Banks law firm is an experienced, dedicated group of legal professionals who gives it to you straight and doesn't leave your side.

Mr. Banks and his team were excellent to work with.

After my injury, I needed help dealing with workman's comp. Mr. Banks and his team made me feel like a priority and ensured that the insurance company never missed a payment to me or a medical bill. We eventually decided to accept a settlement with workman's comp that I was more than happy with. I h...ope I never have to go through it again but if I do, I know where to go.

GREAT FIRM!

Everyone at the Banks Law firm is professional and always helpful. No matter how many times you call them everyone is a joy to speak to. The support staff from Reception to the Paralegals are A-1!! The attorneys really fight for you and have a lot of knowledge. I would highly recommend this firm if... you want to be treated with respect and have great results

Fantastic Results

I am a client of Banks Law for a SS matter. The whole staff is so genuine and helpful. Lisa is a complete joy to speak to and so helpful. Attorney Dan Feehan and Denise are so knowledgeable about my case and are ALWAYS willing to listen when I call. I had the pleasure of speaking to Claudia recently ...and like everyone at the firm I ever spoke to she was a true blessing and joy to speak with. I am so happy with this firm! Awesome attorney and team

I am currently a client at Banks law. The entire team is very professional, kind, and efficient. Mr Banks is confident, thorough and easy to communicate with. He takes time to explain everything. If I directly contact him with any issues he gets back to me in a timely manner. Most of all, he knows ...his stuff! The team does a phenomenal job of promptly addressing all of my needs and concerns. They never make me feel like I'm a bother or they're too busy when I call the office. Angela, Lisa, and Deneen are AWESOME! They stay on top of EVERYTHING! I appreciate the entire Banks law team and all they do. I'm so thankful I chose them to represent me. I know they've got my back!
