Halmon L. Banks III

I am a client of Banks Law for my Disability case and everyone there is very nice and pleasant and very helpful. I would give give stars but I recently had a bad experience with One staff person there who was very rude. This is the second time this person was rude to me and made me feel horrible. I d...on't want to mention a name here but I'm sure Banks Law will know who it was since I called to complain. I would hire Mr Banks again a 100 times I just hope he realizes that at least one of his employees may need some sensitivity training. I don't need or want anyone to reach out to try and fix this. What's done is done and I hope that Mr. Banks and the rest of the staff know that I appreciate them being so nice.

Attorney Dan Feehan and Denise are so knowledgeable about my case and are ALWAYS willing to listen when I call. I had the pleasure of speaking to Claudia recently ...and like everyone at the firm I ever spoke to she was a true blessing and joy to speak with. I am so happy with this firm! Thank you Banks Law for the respect I couldn't find at any other firm.
