I was injured after working in the same facility for 20 years. The facility was sold severe times. Our residents started to be called customers. When i was injured by a customer, i was treated by their comp Doctors and my symptoms were ignored for 3 months. Administration was ignoring me, making me ...feel that i was not being truthful. I repeated to anyone that would listen that my shoulder felt as if it was hanging.I went to Dr.Ruggiero MD Orthopedic Surgeon Malvern, PA. I was diagnosed w a Lt shoulder 3/4 Labrum tear and a severe rotator cuff tear, that needed surgical repair. Dr Ruggiero referred Erica Burry for my case. I am very pleased with the hard work Erica Burry and Angela Carbone did for me. They are a great team, my company can be so ruthless. Any problems Angela e-mails back with very little wait time. Whatever problem i have is immediately initiated. I have no worries, and completely know i'm in the best hands possible.
