Halmon L. Banks III

Banks Law was recommended to us by another law firm because we needed representation in worker compensation law. We thank our lucky stars. We cannot imagine a more knowledgeable, better informed, harder working or more respectful organization. From our initial meeting with Mr. Banks when he got to... understand out case and laid out for us what we could expect, through working with many members of his staff (and we have worked with several), we have been continually surprised at the amount of support offered by every member of the team whether it is during working hours or not. Searching for care providers, offering advice, or telling us what we can do on our own without needing an attorney's help were all done with quick response time, concern and helpfulness. The amount of respect with which each and every member of the Banks Law team treats its clients is a lost art, and they really look out for the well-being of their clients. I would not have had a clue how I was being cheated by my workers comp provider and would have lost my benefits completely if not for Banks Law. The quality and amount of work they do, and the results they get are certainly worth their fee. I give them the highest of recommendations.

Only writing this review because I was ask to by the firm. I have hired this firm to assist with to cases of mine. The first was a shoe in and it was was settled without a problem. However with the 2nd case they dropped the ball. I made sure Banks was included with this case from the beginning . Bu...t I assume do to the expansion of the firm particularly cases were thrown to the side. A 1 1/2 after taking my case I received a letter they they no longer wanted to take my case. I called to see if they could explain the letter but no one in the office knew what I was referrring to. It took 8months before I heard back from the firm to continue with treatment. Long story short . I held it out with the firm until settlement, Mr. Banks and I met the morning of he was missing important documents for my case. He didn't really know what was going on. During settlement the firm provided the insurance company with the wrong contact information and my settlement check was lost for 2 months! Aside from my disappointment with Halmon Banks, I would like specially thank the lead Paralegal Angela. She was awesome when it came to follow ups and keeping me inform with my settlement check whereabouts!

I am currently a client at Banks law. The entire team is very professional, kind, and efficient. Mr Banks is confident, thorough and easy to communicate with. He takes time to explain everything. If I directly contact him with any issues he gets back to me in a timely manner. Most of all, he knows ...his stuff! The team does a phenomenal job of promptly addressing all of my needs and concerns. They never make me feel like I'm a bother or they're too busy when I call the office. Angela, Lisa, and Deneen are AWESOME! They stay on top of EVERYTHING! I appreciate the entire Banks law team and all they do. I'm so thankful I chose them to represent me. I know they've got my back!
