Eric J. Greco

Eric J. Greco concentrates his practice in the area of employment and labor litigation with an emphasis on discrimination litigation, employment counseling, restrictive covenant litigation (non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreement litigation) and FINRA securities arbitration.

Mr. Greco handles employment litigation defense matters on behalf of clients, representing them in federal and state courts, before the EEOC and in front of other administrative agencies. He has experience handling whistleblower claims, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, work related torts, enforcement of restrictive covenants, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and wage and hour violations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Greco was an attorney at the Princeton office of a national labor and employment defense law firm. He also previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. Leslie-Ann M. Justus, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Monmouth County.

While in law school, Mr. Greco was a member of the University's Dean's List, was awarded an academic scholarship, and received the Pro Bono Publico Award for significant service to the community.

During his undergraduate studies at Temple University, Mr. Greco was an NCAA scholar-athlete for the University’s crew team.
