After suffering illegal retaliation, threats, harassment, and termination from my job of 10-years for being the only one who would report abusive mistreatment in the workplace when everyone else was scared to speak-up, and subsequently learning the hard way the truth about gross corporate corruption ...of our government, judicial system, and everything about it, contacting probably at least a hundred lawyers almost all of whom told me, when I pressed them about why they wouldn't take my case, that my case could not be won if for nothing else because of the unlimited resources and sheer evilness of the very connected most infamous huge global corporation it was against, who some told me would destroy their law firm if they even tried to go against them. Then after a couple of tries with 2 other lawyers to no avail, I finally discovered Mr. Koller. He took my case without hesitation, I felt he honestly did everything any lawyer could have possibly done, and came away with a considerable settlement where no one else could achieve anything. I used Dave again in another much less involved issue which he handled very smoothly and successfully to my benefit. I would trust Mr. Koller with any legal issues. I believe he is a good man of character and really wants to not just make money, but use his legal expertise help people.

I can not go into detail about my case but I must tell you that I was turned down by other prominent law firms and was told that this case would be to hard to win and they were not interested because the amount of time it would take and I might not be happy with the end result.
