This firm is not trustworthy. They conned me into settling my case in Jan 2026, and to date have never sent my check. I have verified that the insurance carrier issued the check on Feb 2026, then cancelled and reissued it on April 2, 2026, because David Koller claimed he didn't receive it. On 4/626,... David emailed me that he was "expecting the check momentarily and would contact me shortly." I've never heard from him or his office again. I filed a complaint with 3 agencies who ate investigating this as a criminal case.

Reached out to Dave's team. Paralegal said he would be calling during a particular window. He failed to call. The next day he made a unscheduled call which I could not talk due to work. I called back shortly and my call was rejected. He texted back and asked to call later and I agreed and provided av...ailability. Next he and his paralegal stop responding to all message. Ghosted. Unprofessional. Do not attend.

The Koller law firm needs to take an course on ethics.Tried to pressure me to settle my Federal discrimination lawsuit against my former employer for a pittance.When I would not acquiesce to their demand I was summarily dumped as a client as they submitted a withdrawal document to the Courts and I in... turn had to submit a pro se . All during the discovery process of my lawsuit against my former employer. Through good fortune I was able to find another firm through perseverance after such short notice willing to pick up the pieces of your home town lawyer.Which had thrown my lawsuit into a state of disarray due to time constraints. They the Koller firm in turn had the impudence to contact my new attorney to discuss fees which can be substantiated in fact the Koller firm forfeited by breaching their contract with respect of representation on my behalf which can also be substantiated thru our contracted agreement. Did not return my calls or emails which also can be proven.
