David J Colleran

David J. Colleran, Esquire has focused on catastrophic injury litigation throughout his entire career, with an emphasis on medical malpractice, automobile accidents, product liability, premises liability, bad faith insurance and other areas of personal injury.

Mr. Colleran joined The Colleran Firm where his father, brother and sister work in 2000 and has spent the last 15+ years aggressively representing his clients in complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases.

Mr. Colleran has developed an extraordinary record as a lead trial attorney, securing many favorable verdicts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has also excelled in Federal venues, securing large verdicts and settlements in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. While many lawyers would not even consider taking cases in these historically defense-oriented communities, Mr. Colleran has thrived in them.  

Mr. Colleran also frequently participates as a panelist in Pennsylvania continuing legal education programs on topics related to medical malpractice and other personal injury issues.

Mr. Colleran personally handles 100% of all aspects of his cases, from the initial intake of a case through the time of settlement, trial or appeal. Mr. Colleran spends the majority of his time with his wife and three children. For the past nine years, he has been a volunteer coach in the Radnor-Wayne Little League and has been a division director within the league for the past three years. Mr. Colleran has also personally assembled and coached independent travel baseball teams which have actively and successfully participated in tournaments throughout the Atlantic region.
