Anastasius Efstratiades

Anastasius (Tassos) Efstratiades is the co-chair of the firm’s Business and Finance Department where his practice focuses on banking, general corporate matters, public finance, real estate development, construction law and international trade.

Mr. Efstratiades has represented borrowers and lenders in commercial lending, leasing and acquisition transactions, including asset based loan facilities, letter of credit reimbursement agreements, real estate loans, construction loans and participation and intercreditor agreements; he has acted as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel in public finance transactions; he has represented parties in real estate acquisitions and asset purchase transactions; and corporations in general corporate matters, including shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, venture capital financing transactions, corporate structure and governance, employment agreements and joint venture agreements. Mr. Efstratiades has also worked on international transactions between U.S. and foreign companies.
