Biography
I joined Wapner Newman as an Associate Attorney in April 2004 and became a Partner in January 2014. Since then, I have dedicated my legal practice to representing victims injured in various accidents, including automobile crashes, transportation and trucking incidents, dog attacks, product malfunctions, slips/trips and falls, medical malpractice, professional malpractice, elevator accidents, negligent security and dram shop claims, construction site accidents, nursing home abuse and neglect, and other personal injury matters.
I am licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (2003) and New Jersey (2003), as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2004) and the District of New Jersey (2004).
Awards and recognitions I have received include, but are not limited to:
• Since 2020, I have been recognized as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Thompson Legal, an honor that acknowledges exceptional peer recognition and professional achievement. For seven consecutive years prior, I was recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer "Rising Star," a designation for attorneys 40 and under, awarded to no more than 2.5% of lawyers in this demographic.
• I have maintained an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest ethical standards and legal ability based on peer reviews from attorneys, clients, and the judiciary.

I am an active member of the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Philadelphia (PA) Bar Association, and Burlington County (NJ) Bar Association.
Prior to joining Wapner Newman, in 2000, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2002, I studied International Law at the prestigious University of Technology Sydney Law School in Sydney, Australia. I received a Juris Doctor degree from Delaware Law School in 2003 along with a Certificate for completing the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.
