Thomas Henry Ivory

To be funny, this man is in the wrong profession. He should’ve been a magician. He made all my charges disappear. Now to be serious. Mr. Ivory was referred to me by another attorney that was no longer taking on new clients. Extremely polite, professional, and confident in what he can do. I sent ...him my paperwork and within minutes he was able to tell me what he could do. I was looking at 3 points on my license which means increased insurance costs. I haven’t had any points in almost 20 years which made Mr. Ivory’s job easier. He outright said I can ge this taken care of with zero points, etc. That was the most important thing I needed him to take care of. He also said “I will get this taken care of zero points and you will not have to appear in court”. All TRUE. Shortly after my court date/time he let me know everything was done and taken care of as per above. A man of his word and confident is what he can do. Communication between attorney and client is everything to me. I like to know what’s going on and not left in the dark or wondering what is happening. Mr. Ivory either called or texted me with every new update/change. Perfect start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Hope to never have to go thru this again but a no brainer who to call if I do. I retained Thomas Ivory for a very complicated stressful, and to be honest scary situation. I had put myself in and I knew that jail time could be on the table. I knew that anything really could be on the table as far as traffic sentences can go. So I reached out to one of the top five attorneys in P...hiladelphia and they told me not to hire them that my best bet was this man named Thomas Ivory who was a lawyer who would do better than they could do and a lawyer that was more experienced and better in the traffic court department. This was not for reckless driving this was for something that I could’ve went to jail for like I said, and Mr. Ivory never made false promises to me he was very upfront and telling me the things I needed to do and get done and take care of before court. He never kept me in the dark about what could happen, but he always let me know that he was going to do everything in his power to not let the worst case scenarios happen at court. So fast forward we were just at my court date and I did everything he told me to do when we were at the courthouse and he told me do not talk except to say thank you I did not talk except to say thank you. This man knows his stuff and if you read his biography, he’s not just the traffic lawyer he’s represented people in federal court. He’s represented people on a state level. He is amazing at all forms of law that he has ever practiced. Because I listened to everything he told me to do the outcome was better than I could’ve hoped for and the day of court because it was a suspended license situation even though I had passed another driving test, he felt that because I did not have the physical license yet, I only had the stamped permit that I should not drive, and he actually went out of his way and picked me up to bring me to court and then brought me back to my vehicle. Through him telling me to take these steps of going and getting my permit again having to get a driving test again, etc. I took care of a problem that has been haunting me for 17 years that I didn’t even know existed and that’s all because of Tom Ivory. I would recommend him 1 million times over. I was very impressed with how professional he was and his knowledge of all different aspects of the law and how it pertained to my case. Hopefully I never have to, and I don’t think I will, but I would definitely hire him again if I needed to but more so I have told everybody about him. He is polite. He is professional. He does not sell people false hope he lets you know what you’re up against and just the class and professionalism that I witness was amazing. He seemed to have a rapport with the people at the courthouse, as if they really respected him, and I don’t mean to ramble, but he really deserves to be rambled about. I could just go on and on about how amazing he is and kind hearted but also he is very upfront and very direct but in my opinion for me, I needed a lawyer like that. When faced with a legal situation the last thing you need is to be pacified by your lawyer or have them be scared or uncomfortable to tell you to do things, and Mr. Ivory was not any of those things he made sure that I did what I was told to do in a timely manner and then still let me know that it could go a different way, but I appreciated his honesty. So if you’re looking for a lawyer and you’re on your reading reviews to figure out what type of lawyer this man will be. I am here to tell you that he will exceed your expectations. He exceeded mine and I’m so grateful we hired him.
