Thomas Edward Bosworth

Tom is completely untrustworthy by constantly lying and neglecting the case. Should be disbarred for it. His arrogance, along with that of his office staff, is off charts. I wouldn't recommend him at all. The Google reviews for his firm also seem pretty fishy-probably written by his own employees or ...fake accounts

I strongly advise against hiring Tom Bosworth as your attorney. He represented my daughter as a plaintiff in a civil case stemming from a high-profile murder case of her mother where she was also a victim. Over the past year, his conduct has made our lives a nightmare. He victimized and pressured her... to do media tremendously. He withheld my daughter's client file for six months, which breaches ethical standards and prevented her from consulting with our lawyers to take over the case. Bosworth's behavior was erratic and harassing, and his staff harassed and intimidated my daughter and forcibly removed her from the hallway of his office when she tried to retrieve her file after many requests. Additionally, Bosworth retaliated against her for raising legitimate concerns. His actions were so severe that the judge in my daughter’s case reported him to the Disciplinary Board. To avoid unnecessary hardship and trauma, it is best to avoid hiring him.

Tom, and his staff have been a breath of fresh air. Several high profile firms expressed great interest in taking my medical malpractice case. I chose Tom based on his experience, professionalism, quick response time, personal approach but most importantly I did not feel like just “another clie...nt”. Tom was able to articulate in a clear and concise manner that he understood my case with details not “promises” or telling me “what I wanted to hear”. I highly recommend Tom, and his Team.

Tom came very highly recommended. Unfortunately after a brief text exchange he said he would call me. A few more exchanges and no responses for over a month. Finally, I scheduled a call through his office and he was a no show, so I called him only to hear excuses. He promised to call at 5 that day. 5...10 comes I send him a message. Still calling at 5? Yes… never calls. 2 months wasted with zero professional courtesy. He says he’s not like other lawyers… he’s right, He doesn’t call you back. Maybe too busy posting TikTok’s to return calls or maintain appointments. Look elsewhere.
