Arrogant and liar
Tom is completely untrustworthy by constantly lying and neglecting the case. Should be disbarred for it. His arrogance, along with that of his office staff, is off charts. I wouldn't recommend him at all. The Google reviews for his firm also seem pretty fishy-probably written by his own employees or ...
