You will not get any BS...of him being at a meeting....& then not hearing. He will get back to you (By phone call/text/or E-Mail....& promptly...)- 2) -He keeps on top of every case- he does not- as many attorneys do- let it "Just sit"- He will always keep you updated...(Like any contacts with the defendants attorneys or adjusters.) 3) He has an excellent team of paralegals- Natalie is always pleasant & also "On top of things"...trust me- as I am sure many people know- you do NOT want one of these paralegals....who get back to you..with a bad attitude- saying "Nothing new !
