Robert Cocco is an excellent attorney. I first hired him to represent me in a student loan case and he was able to win my case. Years later he represented me in arbitration against a collection company trying to collect on student loans and they couldn’t prove the chain of title and I won again. H...

I hired Mr Cocco for a case that I suffered from for over a year with my adversary. He is professionally and Swifty reacted to the case and got the problem solved for my benefits. I highly recommend him for consumer protection cases because he realy CARES about you and your case. He is the BEST.
"I first got to know Bob more than 7 years ago, when I represented a national bank that Bob sued on behalf of more than 20 clients for various consumer financial claims against the bank. After litigating against Bob for more than a year and finally settling all of those cases, I came to learn that Bob is a smart, vigorous advocate for his clients who will diligently work to achieve great results for his clients. Importantly, I also came to realize that Bob is a consummate legal professional. After I left the firm that represented the bank that his clients sued, I referred a number of clients to Bob for consumer financial matters and he has always done excellent work on their behalf and treated his clients with dignity and respect. Bob is a highly ethical and principled attorney. I endorse him."
"Bob is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced consumer protection attorney. I have worked with him on several matters and find his skills to be of the highest level."
"Bob and I have worked together on mutual clients. I was very impressed with the time he took to explain the entire process. He demonstrated great knowledge and patience."
