- Won complete defense verdict for utility company in jury trial in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas arising from personal injuries sustained in an auto accident, where $5.5 million verdict was entered against co-defendants.
- Won appeal in Superior Court contesting international service of United Kingdom judgment in Montgomery County, Pa. under Pennsylvania law and the Hague Convention.
- Obtained transfer of infringing domain name to client’s ownership through ICANN proceeding following attempt to lure American businessman to South America through fraudulent domain that incorporated client’s trademark.
- Won bench trial in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of supplier of countermeasures for military aircraft against materials producer that breached supply contract.
- Obtained a consent injunction against a terminated employee who stole a retail energy marketer’s customer list and solicited others to use that list to compete against the client.
- Assisted individual clients in obtaining a favorable settlement of wage claims while defeating fraudulent misrepresentation claims arising from sale of a well-known weight loss business to a large foreign company.
- Forced early and favorable settlement of products liability claim against global electronics manufacturer arising from fatal fire in Texas by uncovering prior contradictory statements of plaintiffs to police concerning cause of fire with minimal formal discovery.
- Won complete defense verdict on behalf of firm in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas bench trial arising from alleged attorney fee-sharing agreement.
- Won complete defense verdict in bench trial in Chester County District Court on behalf of supplier of major home improvement chain arising from sale of allegedly defective product.
