Marvin S. Haber

Mr. Haber, a co-founder of the law firm of HABER DIPAUL LLC has over 30 years of civil, commercial and personal injury experience. Mr. is an award winning attorney and lecturer and maintains memberships in various recognition societies including the Million Dollar Trial Lawyers Forum, Louis D. Brandeis Law Society, Benjamin Franklin Inn of Court, Boston University Distinguished Alumni, and the Strathmore's Who's Who Among Practicing Attorneys Registry.

Following his graduation cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor's degree in History, Mr. Haber then earned a Masters degree in Urban Affairs from Boston University within one year following his undergraduate training. Mr. Haber completed his education when he received his law degree with honors (Moot Court Board Honor Society) from Temple University (Beasley) School of Law. Mr. Haber's flair for writing was apparent early in his legal career as he published to articles for The Jurist, wrote the Bench Brief for the National I Herman Stern Moot Court Competition, and was the recipient of a Temple University Law School Fellowship. Mr. Haber also reached the finals of the National Myrna Marshall Federal Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Haber has served on several Boards including as President and Treasurer of the Hamilton Townhome Association, Cedar Sands Condominium Association and the Vesper Club of Philadelphia. He currently sits on the Board of the Crown of Israel Synagogue and served on the Logan Square Planning Board.

Mr. Haber is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and United States District Court of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the United States 3rd Circuit COurt of Appeals. He presently serves as a certified Federal and State Arbitrator (PA) and maintains memberships in several state Bar and local Trial Lawyer Associations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
