If I could leave no stars I would Louis Schwartz Esc is a joke Wasted a year of time writing one letter after we reviewed it 8 times for inaccuracies I would honestly say we wrote the letter Now Louis wants to walk away from my case stating it’s best suited where defendant lives which is incorrect ... It’s the state where the contract/deal took place in that’s the law!! Why take the case in the first place Louis forget the fact he sent a letter of demand ( threatening) further legal action to the dealer and the bank!!! What legal action is that Louis dropping the case??? The dealer is using your letter for toilet paper Thanks for wasting a year of our time guess you never heard of the statute of limitations!!!

I reached out to Louis regarding a bait and switch scam I was the victim of in May 2021. LOUIS WAS AWESOME. He answered my emails and calls pretty much immediately, guided me through the entire process (even on the weekend) and got me a FULL refund back. You hire a lawyer to help you out. Paid 800 down to sue a bad contractor. Nothing was never filed and its been almost a year. Never went to court never signed anything about court. He said the money was for the consultations of him asking for paperwork. Had to remind him of my case every meeting......... if they had 0 stars that wouldn't even do him justice. #lessonlearned
