Please, do not hire this lawyer. His office service was terrible; he and his office did not answer dozens of my calls and emails; the court documents were sent to a wrong address; they did not follow up if the defendant was served or not; his favorite "advice" was " we exhausted all the options" and... had no clue how to continue the case; I fired him because he wanted more money and I won the case as self representing myself! It was a waste of time and money working with him, he literally delayed the whole process!

If I could leave no stars I would Louis Schwartz Esc is a joke Wasted a year of time writing one letter after we reviewed it 8 times for inaccuracies I would honestly say we wrote the letter Now Louis wants to walk away from my case stating it’s best suited where defendant lives which is incorrect ... It’s the state where the contract/deal took place in that’s the law!! Why take the case in the first place Louis forget the fact he sent a letter of demand ( threatening) further legal action to the dealer and the bank!!! What legal action is that Louis dropping the case??? The dealer is using your letter for toilet paper Thanks for wasting a year of our time guess you never heard of the statute of limitations!!!

I reached out to Louis regarding a bait and switch scam I was the victim of in May 2021. LOUIS WAS AWESOME. He answered my emails and calls pretty much immediately, guided me through the entire process (even on the weekend) and got me a FULL refund back. Decided not to hire due to poor impression in attitude and lack of confidence. As the the other review mentioned, he seemed to be very confused at a basic concept of my case when he was about to be retained, although at the beginning of the consultation we were both on the same page. If you want some...one that will go the extra mile to ensure your win, I would go elsewhere.
