Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Birley was a partner at Ostriak-Birley, LLC where he earned national attention for his successful representation. Earlier in his career he was a Major Trials Attorney at the Defender Association of Philadelphia, where he successfully tried the most serious of felony cases. Previously, Mr. Birley served at the Division of Criminal Justice of the New Jersey Attorney General.
Mr. Birley earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Florida and received his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law, where he was recognized for "Outstanding Oral Advocacy." He is an accomplished jury trial advocate.
Mr. Birley is a Private Pilot rated in single-engine land airplanes.
