IRS Wage Garnishment

Late on a Friday afternoon, my employer notified me they had received a wage garnishment letter regarding me from the IRS. This "happened out of the blue." I had not received any collection notices from the IRS. I did not know what to do; I called an attorney friend of mine, who stated I needed an IR...S tax specialist and recommended Mr. Viola. It was early Friday evening when I contacted Mr. Viola via the link on his web page. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Viola called me the next morning (Saturday). We discussed the situation and set a time to meet on the following Monday. We met; by end of day the IRS problem was resolved. For Mr. Viola, this was "another uneventful day at the office." For me, he thwarted a potentially traumatic event.

OVDP Lifesaver

OVDP is a way to end a potential IRS nightmare. However, complying with the IRS, your bank, and their attorneys' demands can be complicated and time consuming. There is a great deal of conflicting information on the internet on the subject of OVDP, and if you want to do the right thing, you need some...one on your side who is knowledgable and competent. Joe is not a fast talking tax attorney, but he is thoughtful in his responses and takes his time with each and every question. His clear explanations and confidence afford a great deal of information and will set your mind at ease. He makes the process of filling in the necessary paperwork easy. We are very relieved to have the OVDP process behind us, and it would not have been so painless if Joe hadn't been there for us. We could not have managed this without his level of expertise, which is why we so highly recommend him.

Profoundly professional

Mr. Viola was very professional and quite diligent in his work for me. He provided great advice and never promised what he could not deliver. He was compassionate as he guided me through my difficult tax situation. I will refer him to any one in need of help with tax issues without hesitation.

Thorough Professional

Mr. Viola has guided me successfully through a messy tax problem that has been plaguing me. I would recommend him for his professionalism and being able to explain it to me in lay mans terms.

All You Need is a Cup of Joe!

It's been a while since I've been going to H&R Block now and using TurboTax. I would guess for about 15 some odd years (maybe even less) but I know its been a long time. I also have experience with other software that while fast may not be exact and may land you in an undue audit. I dont write th...is to scare you but I write this as a message of hope and security knowing you will be able to sleep at night havig a "real human" work for you. Recently I came up against a situation that was incredibly different. It was unique and complicated. It caused me to be anxious and a lot of worry. While most of these tax programs are written well the fail to take into account the distinct situation we may be in. There wasn't one able accountant at H&R, one program, or one tax agent to handle my tax situation. So I sought out Joe. The Bad News: I was sent a letter by the IRS to be audited. I thought I was going to jail. Joe not only managed to examine my audit he got to the cause of it. He knew that my audit wasn't just and fairly assessed. The Good News: After careful investigation, he knew that this was an algorithm issue, that corporation programmed material and other software couldn't identify. In the end, due to genuine help motivated by intellect and comprehensive understanding (something that companies and software are unable to do), the audit was closed, additional money was found, and we learned I had been tax exempt for years and continue to be. I am proud to recommend Joseph Viola, Esquire with my greatest endorsement because he would be the person to go to especially if you have complicated legal accounting situations. So I urge you, don't get robbed anymore by these pop-up tax shops in shopping centers and malls, in addition to tax software that keeps your return at bay because the majority of your money is going to the top 1%. Rather, what I want to enforce here is the fact that Joe, while willing to work out a price with you and a heluva a lot cheaper than some of these corporations and companies, we need to go back to old-fashioned, mom-and-pop accountants, and simple one-on-one accountant client interactions. With a free consultation, he will make you want to ditch whatever came pre-installed on your phone or the person in the cubicle who answers to a machine that you may never see or hear from again. While the establishment is out of touch with the people, the ones who know how to help the 99%, at least one of them is Joe Viola!
