First and foremost, Mr. Joseph Viola is GREAT guy, he's EXTREMELY TAX LAW KNOWLEGABLE, PROFESSIONAL, PASSIONATE about his BUSINESS and DEPENDABLE! I'm a small business owner and I had at least 6 years of back taxes that needed to be in current status. It wasn't that I didn't want to file, but t...here were several unfortunate events that prevented me from accomplishing that goal. My original tax accountant passed away (rip), his uncle in the business inherited my account and became ill, he then passed it to a guy in Delaware, which let it sit for a year, then I was refered to a tax accountant in NJ, which was fine just too slow, and because I was not that educated in the tax system, I became product of the TAX ENVIRONMENT (Back Taxes, Heavy Interest Fees, Liens, Threating Letters, etc...) a total nightmare! That's when I did my own extensive research for a local Tax Attorney, that could possibly sort through this mess of past tax issues and found Mr. Viola. He introduced me to a totally new and organized ball game. He explained every process step by step, answered all calls and questions, all options and final possibilities. Now I am current with my personal ans business taxes, have new super accountant (Mark) that is excellent, a payment plan, and new hope for a complete resolution. Thanks again Mr. Joe Viola!

Late on a Friday afternoon, my employer notified me they had received a wage garnishment letter regarding me from the IRS. This "happened out of the blue." I had not received any collection notices from the IRS. I did not know what to do; I called an attorney friend of mine, who stated I needed an IR...S tax specialist and recommended Mr. Viola. OVDP is a way to end a potential IRS nightmare. However, complying with the IRS, your bank, and their attorneys' demands can be complicated and time consuming. There is a great deal of conflicting information on the internet on the subject of OVDP, and if you want to do the right thing, you need some...one on your side who is knowledgable and competent. Joe is not a fast talking tax attorney, but he is thoughtful in his responses and takes his time with each and every question.　 His clear explanations and confidence afford a great deal of information and will set your mind at ease. He makes the process of filling in the necessary paperwork easy. We are very relieved to have the OVDP process behind us, and it would not have been so painless if Joe hadn't been there for us. In an upsetting and worrisome time, I had someone in my corner.
