International artist

Mr. Hykel helped me to make my dreams come true, to be able to keep my legal status and work as an artist in the USA. It is very difficult for many of us artists to deal with paperwork and all official processes. I highly recommend Mr. Hykel for all international artists and all immigrants who are i...n a need of a reliable lawyer. He is very professional, passionate about his work, truly cares and I think it is hard to find a lawyer like this these days. I am really happy with his work and looking forward to work together with Mr. Hykel in the future.

Mr.Hykel is our hero- forgotten case resolved in 30 days.

USCIS interviewed me and my wife in Feb.2013 and approved her green card. Afterwards, neither did we receive a formal decision nor a green card. We visited the USCIS office three times about the issue and each time the officer on duty asked us to give it another 60 days. After 7 months of wait, we r...equested to speak with supervisor at the USCIS call center at multiple instances. Each time we were told to be patient and wait for an official letter in the mail. A whole year passed by with no response from USCIS. We hired Mr. Hykel to help us. He immediately contacted USCIS , located out overlooked file, and got a decision from USCIS within 30 days. He is the best. His assistant Barbara was also extremely professional and they both kept us posted on the progress of our case every week. I highly recommend Mr. Hykel for immigration cases.

The Client's Attorney

I started out in ICE Detention in York facing statistically certain deportation, now I am about to receive my green card. What happened in between; John Hykel. My case was an asylum case, historically very difficult to win once in removal proceedings. Mr. Hykel's strength or ample experience lay in m...ostly adjustment of status cases, at least I think so. I felt like we made up it up as we went along, he did his homework and my case got stronger, and stronger until at a certain point, we got a dismissal offer (from removal proceedings) from the Govt; we turned it down. I watched enough TV shows to know that I made a terrible witness on my individual hearing; perhaps that itself bolstered my credibility. Amidst all this, I won, without an appeal. Go figure.... Some research online shows that his license was once suspended, if accurate I think that is proof of just how loyal he is as a client advocate. If you ever desire an attorney who has trust in spades, call John Hykel. In this nutty paradigm of ICE's omnipotence and Immigration attorneys often lackadaisical attitude in client defense, I absolutely recommend Mr. Hykel. Just pay your bill.
