When I began practicing law in 1995, I dedicated my practice to zealously helping my clients receive the full damage awards they are due. I am not afraid to stand up to the large insurance companies and their defense teams. I'm a confident negotiator, and I'm not afraid to take your case all the way to court when the insurance companies don't want to fairly compensate you for your injuries.
When you are injured in an auto accident, when a dog attacks you and you need a dog bite lawyer, or when you are hurt due to someone else's negligence, it is important that you hire a seasoned trial lawyer to defend your rights at the negotiating table and in court for your personal injury claim.

Ambulance chaser BE WEARY
This guy is used to his clients' trips and falls and does not disclose information. I have gone to the Bar Association, hoping they can help resolve this. When his mouth is moving .....
To those reading this review, note that the person who posted this did so anonymously, but I do know who it is. I cannot say certain things due to attorney-client privilege, but I will say that generally speaking, it's imperative that your lawyer be told EVERYTHING. You cannot leave-out important information that once revealed (it always gets revealed at some point during the process), can ruin the case-especially where, as here, the lawyer (me) was blindsided by critical information that had I known, I would not have taken the case. Indeed, I was lawyer #2 hired for this case by the anonymous client. And even though here, important information was not told to me, I was somehow able to get this person $45,000.00. And not even a "thank you." Or "I am sorry for not telling you everything." Just a report to the Bar Association, which will most certainly tell this anonymous person that I did everything above-board, as always.

Fantastic Experience with a Professional Truly Looking out for the Clients Best Interest
When I first began calling attorneys seeking advise on a case I wished to move forward on, I was turned away several times and had almost given into the idea that it was hopeless and not worth following through with. In a final attempt, I e-mailed Jeff Penneys some details of my situation; but expec...

Best lawyer
Mr. Penneys is an amazing hard working attorney. My daughter was bit by a dog and the past year has been horrible. He has helped us so much and has kept us well informed of the status of her case. His response time to my questions and concerns is within minutes of asking. He is a pleasure to work...

Knowlegable and Personable
Jeff Penneys is one of the most knowlegeable and personable attorneys I have retained. I hired him to handle a dog bite case and also to assist with obtaining a power of attorney for my mom who has dementia. In both cases I was completely satisfied with his work as well as the people who work with h...

Great Attorney
Attorney Penneys definitely is available for all forms of communication, whether it be email or direct call. He's very upfront and professional. He keeps you informed and let's you know what to expect upfront and the process of your case. Good attorney who I would definitely recommend.
"Over 10 years ago, Jeff Penneys was a supervisor of mine at a law firm. Not only was he a caring and helpful person, but he taught me the value of hard work. I am a better lawyer today, in part, because of Jeff. I know his clients appreciate both his intellect and his commitment."
"Jeffrey Penneys is an understanding and open-minded attorney. He knows the law and is committed to quality work. I endorse this lawyer."
"I have known Mr. Penneys for a long time. He is responsible, thorough, skillful and is an excellent attormey. I would absolutely recommend him."
