They only received one star because I had to give a star. Based on my experience, I would never use this law firm again. I found their handling of our case to be extremely unprofessional and deeply disappointing. My mother died under circumstances that led our family to pursue a legal case involving... her treatment in the hospital. We were initially told that the firm could take on our case. After that, communication became extremely difficult. There were long periods when our calls, voicemails, and emails were not returned, and we received little meaningful information about the status or progress of the case. Our case remained with the firm for approximately three years, and we were not made aware that the statute of limitations had become an issue until the firm filed a motion seeking to withdraw as our counsel. By that point, our family was left in an extremely difficult position, and finding another attorney willing and able to review the matter became much harder. We have continued trying to obtain the records and information we need to determine what happened and what options remain available to us. We have had difficulty getting responses from the firm despite repeatedly requesting information we believe we are entitled to receive, including our certificate of merit and court docket information. What has been especially frustrating is that we were left feeling as though responsibility was continually being passed from one person or entity to another rather than our concerns being addressed directly. This has been an incredibly painful experience for our family. Losing my mother was devastating enough, and having to spend years trying to get answers and basic case information has added tremendous stress to an already heartbreaking situation. I cannot recommend this firm based on my personal experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering hiring them to carefully research the firm, ask detailed questions about how their case will be handled, and make sure they independently keep track of important deadlines and court filings.

This is a typical ambulance chaser, they get you thinking that want justice, they are going to go to the mat for you, they have your back, and you soon realize that is not the case, they made me do all the work gathering all the records, keeping track of what they were doing, what they were supposed... to be doing, started dodging my calls like a ninja, emails went days without being answered, forgot my name and address multiple times, forgot who was involved in the lawsuit, and would act like he is on top of everything, and his staff, wow - always covering for him, always saying he is working so hard - been over 6 years and still not completed and then when he did call me back - he would talk to me like I was annoying him or beneath him. He talked me out of going to trial, stating it would cost ME a lot of money and that it would require me missing a lot of work . That I would have to pay for specialists and experts, and everything- out of my own pocket up front and I believed him, he was my lawyer who had done this many times, so I trusted him, I was willing to go to trial, but he said it would be better to settle and basically said it would not be worth it as I would never get the justice I wanted, meaning he didn't actually want to work hard for his 40% (AND read the fine print on his contract!)- he will also tack on any "fees" he feels is your responsibility to pay! Yeah, he took an additional fee on top of his 40% -and he was afraid to go to trial because if I lost, he was out guaranteed money if we just settled. I was never told what that fee covered - and never saw a report for it, and I thought that money should have been included in HIS fee. He wound up with more money than I did in the end and the case is still not over ... And now I found out that I might have to pay out even more money on top of what he had initially told me. And he never informed me that this would happen - he cut and ran and left me high and dry. And all I got was "don't forget to give me a review and recommend me to other's". I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER TO MY WORST ENEMY!

If I can give zero stars I would. He was not willing at all to go to trial. He was willing to accept 50 Cent and a book of food stamps to settle the case. He ran off with 40% and left us with matters that still haven’t been sorted out to this day. When people say lawyers are scumbags, they are talkin...g about this guy.
