Phenomenal Lawyer - H1B and Green Card

I first hired Chris as my attorney to prepare my complicated H1B visa application in 2015 when I first graduated from college. Through his hard work and knowledge of immigration law, I was granted an uncapped H1B visa within a few short months. Then in 2018 I once again hired Chris to represent me in... my marriage based green card application, and was able to receive offical approval in less than 1 year. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the service Chris and his team was able to provide and would most definitely recommend him to anyone seeking help in immigration law.

Mr

Mr Chris Cassaza was God send. He represented me and my wife in our immigration case to formalize my status after overstaying my B1 visa. We retained him even after we moved from Pennsylvania to Texas. When the case was ready, we had him fly in to represent us at the hearing of our immigration petiti...on. He gave us a reassurance that all will be well and made us approach it in confidence. He made sure the interview stayed on course. After 2 weeks my permanent residence card was issued. Thank you Chris and god bless you.

Great and passionate Immigration Attorney

Chris is a great guy full of passion and absolute dedication to his job. There's no better word to describe how passionate he is and how he treats his clients. Through his dedication and hard work including countless number of sleepless nights, Chris helped me and my family received our status here. ...When it comes to documentation, he is next to none. No other immigration lawyer does it better than him, he is detailed and well grounded in doing this. If you need dependability, accountability and absolute peace of mind for all of your immigration cases, there's no other name to look for other than Christopher Michael Casazza and all of his learned colleagues at the law office of David E piver. I deeply and highly recommend him.

A Great Lawyer and A Great Guy

After over 30 years and almost a dozen lawyers, Christopher Casazza was the only one to treat my parents fairly and with respect. With each visit my parents felt that they were truly one step closer to finally receiving their legal status and there was never a wasted moment or dollar during a visit. ...My parents have heard every grim tale painted for them by lawyers: how difficult the case is, how expensive it would be, the fact that it all may be futile in the end. Christopher never did. He was confident that they would have legal status and soon. Each of the attorneys we visited prior must have been aware of all the same laws that Christopher was aware of, yet somehow they needed more time, more money, and still gave us no light at the end of the tunnel. Christopher is honest and clearly passionate about doing the right thing for people in need. He has removed the fear my parents have held for all of these years. He has given them their retirement, their freedom, and their lives back. He has given my future children their grandparents, something that I know will be as important to them as it is to my parents. There is nobody that I could recommend more highly than Christopher Casazza. Thank you for everything.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
