I had been in a bad accident and received a citation in the mail as well as Mr. Katz's names as possible lawyers to represent me. Having no experience with the law and need of help I reached out. I received a traffic citation for a significant offense in that it usually results in a fine of almost $500, 5 points on your driving record, and an automatic 60 day driving privilege suspension. I had never had a ticket for a moving violation in over 50 years of driving. I received two tickets from a trooper on route 422 in PA, 80 in a 55 and some nebulous additional charge that the officer said was because I stayed in the left lane after passing. This would have been 4 points and I have a very clean record. I decided to fight the ticket with the hope of getting t...he charge reduced. I had asked the officer to consider doing this and he would not do so. I found Mr. Katz because he sent a solicitation in the mail; I had received several others but his was the only one that guaranteed results or my money back. I called him and was impressed by his knowledge of the jurisdiction (Royersford, PA) as well as the fact that his fee was $500, which was $250 less than other attorney's quoted me without a guarantee. Mr. Katz recommended I complete a safe driving course online (free) called Driving University before my court date as it would give him some leverage. I did this; honestly, it was a bit of a pain to complete and taught me almost nothing I didn't already know, but it was worth the time. On my court date (I didn't have to attend, also), the officer didn't show up. There was some sort of gas leak and technically the court was closed, but it was all online anyway, and Mr. Katz convinced the judge to drop the charges completely since the officer wasn't there and since I had taken that course, rather than reschedule the proceedings. One week later I got the $200 I had paid the court when I plead "not guilty" back and the charges are officially dropped. On top of this very happy result, let me just say that I enjoyed speaking with and working with Mr. Katz. He is very professional, knows his business and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help in traffic court!!!

Elliot was extremely helpful in consulting with me to make me feel better about my situation as a whole. I then hired him to represent me. I had 5 citations from an accident which each came with fines and points. He was able to list the things I should do before my hearing and because of that and his... great reputation I left with only 2 citations that carried no points. I also was able to get refunded money for the citations I didn’t get hit with. Overall the best outcome I could’ve asked for! I was more than pleased with the smooth quick process.
