Thanks to the Lord and Thanks to my Lawyer! Elliot Katz represented me for a second DUI (not proud of this) but Elliot walked me through all the procedures and the sentencing l was facing, basically a 72 hour incarceration or 30 days electronic monitoring, loss of license and probation for eight...een months etc. What Elliot did by researching current laws reduced sentence to a first DUI bringing the penalty to 48 hours electronic monitoring and one year suspension on my license where I can get an ignition interlock instead along with all the classes and evaluations with the probation. Elliot Katz was able to assist me in acceptance and placement in the ARD program for a DUI. I will only be facing a 60-day suspension of my driver's license (as opposed to 12 months), zero jail or house arrest (instead of a mandatory minimum 72hrs in jail / 10 days house arrest), and the potential t...o earn a completely clean criminal record once the probation period is complete.
