I usually am not this verbose and I am usually quite clear and concise, however I feel I need to be thorough in this representation of my experience with Mr. Katz. I Hired Mr. Katz for a traffic/moving violation after thoroughly discussing my case, my options, his agreement to take my case and his h...ubristic personal and clearly advertised ‘money back guarantee’ advertised on his website. Due to his poor due diligence toward my case (he never followed up on any information I gave him for the case and he ignored (didn’t respond to) any correspondence regarding the matter except, of course, for monetary matters) , Mr. Katz found himself poorly prepared and ultimately under delivered. He lost. I am not upset with the loss as I was skeptical, however, he assured me of his abilities and reminded me about the money back guarantee. Why not try, right? All his talk proved to be hubris and bravado as he wasn’t able to deliver. His advertised money back guarantee that he proudly sold himself with also proved to be as undeliverable as the promises he made to me as he declined to fulfill his part of the contract and has since not responded to kind communications as I had. As I asked for a full refund (as per advertisement) and Mr. Katz stated he would discuss my full refund request with his boss as he was uncertain if he could give my money back (this request was the most attention my case received). That was almost 4 weeks ago and he has since not showed up to meetings he scheduled with me 3 days prior (have emails to prove his setting them) and again, he has been unresponsive to all my correspondence to him and his office. Does this sound like someone you want to hire? Could I have been brief with this review? Most people would have only used the following 3 words for this review: “crooked and dishonest”. I will not use those words. I coukd have used one word: “misguided”. I did not, I needed to be thorough. Based on the above, be thorough in your decision making, think twice, act accordingly and get other representation.
