I hired Elloitt after reading a brochure he had written regarding DUI cases. His brochure impressed me, it was like getting free advice and his honesty, not to mention his years of experience. So, I called and hired him then on the phone because he made me feel confident with my case and the outcome..., he was able to get me what he had stated from the beginning when I thought all hopes are lost Elliott represented me in a recent Bucks County case. He was again very honest, letting me know I may need to plead guilty. I didn't like hearing that but once again he was honest. The morning of my trial I met Elliott before court, and he had good news for me. He had gotten me accepted into program the DA denied several times. I hired Attorney Katz to handle my traffic case and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I had received a speeding ticket in a school zone with a large fine and 5 points on my license. I live out of state and had never worked with a lawyer before, so I was pretty stressed about it. But from the st...art Attorney Katz put me at ease. He was familiar with the judge and sheriff, which helped him reduce the points on my license from 5 to 0. He also got the citation downgraded from a moving violation to a non-moving violation. On top of that, he was able to get me a refund for most of the fine I had already paid, and I only had to pay a much smaller fine.
