Our attorney and his staff did a remarkable job in the handling of our personal bankruptcy. Ours was a somewhat complicated bankruptcy and we totally relied on the answers given by Mr Black and/or his staff as well as the meetings and rather voluminous paper work that we had to prepare and double check with our attorney and his staff in preparation for filing our bankruptcy. After everything was in order and double checked we had our initial and only meeting with the court which our attorney also attended. As all was in order our meeting in front of the court went rather quickly. During the entire process whenever we had a question or concern for Mr. Black it was either promptly answered by him or the answer was given thru one of his paralegals who checked for us before providing an answer.

my attorney was wonderful, very reassuring thru this whole ordeal, he was available when I was panicked, he took care of my situation with ease, even though i felt like everything was falling apart, he reassured me that sometimes things are out of our control. He was extremely competent. The only thing that i found upsetting was that the paralegal assigned to my case took another position before the case was closed; however the new paralegal is very knowledgeable and i liked her a lot, it was just the fear of having to start with a new paralegal but i didn't need to do that since she had all of the notes and was on top of everything.
