Hired Mark about a month ago for driving with no insurance and a suspended registration. He was able to get the officer to understand how important my license is for my job (I'm a single mother of 3 and am the only working adult in my house). Mark got the officer to change the charges so I got no sus...pension and cut out a lot of my fees and court costs. I also didn't have a lot of money to shell out for a lawyer so he was also really great about working with me and doing a payment plan. His assistant also did a good keeping me informed about my court date and helped answer a lot of questions. I would highly recommend Mark if you are looking for a lawyer who knows the law and actually cares about his clients.

Mark Johns called me back within minutes of reaching out to him to help resolve a very time sensitive and stressful issue with the DMV. He not only explained to us the best course to take but also assured us of other steps he would take if that didn't work out. Mark always made himself immediately ...available to us even with how difficult and unpredictable the call backs from the DMV got. I called after a traffic stop for speeding. I left a message and received a return call quickly. I explained my case and Mr Johns agreed to take my case for $300.00. He took my credit card payment over the phone. I did as he said and emailed the ticket to him. After not hearing from him or the court... for 10 days I called to see if he had filed the ticket and I was assured that it was taken care of via text message. Shortly there after I received a notice from the state that my license would be suspended for failure to respond to the traffic ticket. I had to take care of it myself and when I was at the court they confirmed that he had never contacted them. After he got my money all I got were text replies to phone calls which were all lies. I finally had to dispute the charge on my card to get my money back.

Mark Johns took my $600.00 to handle a case that required a simple phone call. He did NOTHING, and he did not return my calls and emails. I terminated him and requested my money back. Again, no calls, no emails, no money. Another attorney made the phone call, settled the problem and did not char...ge me because all it took was a 5 minute phone call.
