Mark David Johns

I hired him Oct 2014 for driving on a suspended license for non payment of a ticket. He told me it would get resolved easily. He forgot to send in the paperwork to the court for an appeal. Then he would never answer or returned my calls to give me any update. He kept my money and I just got a letter ...in the mail saying I've been convicted and my license is suspended for a year.

Mark was great. He informed me of the tickets i recieved and what they actually meant. He represented me in court and got all charges dropped. If i had not fought the tickets i would have been fined and lost my license. He took the stress off me and I never waited long to hear back from him. I hired Mark over 8 months ago to take care of a speeding ticket. He has not called me once since I paid him. I have to reach out to him for an update every couple weeks. He has shown me no paper work and no proof that he went to court. I have heard nothing from him since the court date jan 9th 2015 ...as it is now 2/19/15. This is almost a joke.

Well today I had my court date for driving while under DUI suspension. I'm very glad that I hired Mark, he was extremely well priced compared to other lawyers and his service was well worth it. I had plead not guilty to driving under dui suspension while using an occupational limited licnese. Whil...e the officer only asked for simple proof provided by my employer in order to show that I was driving within my parameters, once I had arrived with the evidence he completely changed his tone. The officer was argumentative and confrontational but once Mark Johns arrived the officer calmed down. He was able to negotiate a fair agreement and long story short I walked out with three points on my DL, as opposed to 90 days in jail and over 500 in fines. All in all I am very happy and his service was well worth the peace of mind knowing I had someone in my corner. For those of you who wonder if legal representation makes a difference in traffic court, I would have to say that 110% it does from my experience today. The court system WILL take advantage of you so they can impose stronger fines and rack up more convictions.

Mr Johns was awesome for me. He fought very hard in the corrupt little town I live in, and saved me license. I never had a chance on my own, and hired Mr Johns to bring out the big guns.
