Michael F. Dunn

I would like to write a review about Michael Dunn who represented me in December 2014 and someone I am still in contact with because of my situation. When I first met Michael Dunn he greeted me with a smile and came across as being very friendly and professional. Michael is a very kind, caring, pol...ite, courteous, efficient, compassionate, wonderful, phenomenal man. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law and he is very articulate, well- spoken as well as being brilliant and a genius. Michael Dunn is the most wonderful person in the world. He is honest, sincere and he truly cares about his clients. Michael went beyond the call of duty to assist me and I most appreciative for his services. Michael changed my life for the better in so many ways. He has not only helped me be able to continue in my profession but he has made me the person I am today by teaching me abput life experiences in how to be a successful person just as he is as a criminal defense attorney with the exception that our professions are different. Also I would like to mention that if I ever had a question or concern, Michael took the time to answer my questions regardless of his busy schedule. Michael also explained what the outcome of my case would be and as it was the outcome was favorable just as I anticipated. I completely have faith and trust Michael Dunn. I have the highest respect for Michael Dunn both as a human being and as a criminal defense attorney because Michael wants to help people succeed in life. As Michael Dunn explained on his website, an expungement of any criminal charge is extremely beneficial because it allows people to not have to worry about potential employment especially when answering the following question on a job application: Have you ever been arrested before?" An expungement of any criminal record allows you to answer with "No". Also an expungement of a criminal record allows people to rent an apartment and not have a problem with credit as well. Regarding Michael Dunn as a human being, this incredible, fantastic, terrific amazing man saved my life on so many different levels. His vast knowledge about the legal system regarding "expungement" would be beneficial for my future. Michael has made a tremendous impact on my life. He also has an excellent reputation as an attorney and is very well known in Montgomery County as well as other counties. The world is a wonderful place because of this wondetful man. Michael has made life easier for me because of his guidance, support and encouragement. Michael Dunn is a true blessing to anyone who he encounters. Michael Dunn is not only my attorney but I consider him my friend. This man will go out of his way to help people. I would highly recommend Michael Dunn who is in search of an attorney. Summary: Mr. Dunn went the extra mile for me and got me an ARD at nearly impossible odds. My DUI case involved a third tier BAC and an accident in Bensalem, Bucks County. In other words, chances of getting ARD were slim to none. Mr. Dunn informed me of this reality right from the start, and I appr...eciated his honesty. Despite being in dire straits, Mr. Dunn's honest and calm demeanor kept me level-headed and mentally prepared for the likely consequences, which were 72 hours in jail and a one-year suspension of my license, not to mention an indelible mark on my record. We filled out an ARD application at my preliminary hearing, knowing that there was little hope. About 90 days later, this was confirmed with a denial of my application. Mr. Dunn didn't want to give up on it, however, and continued to fight for me, writing a letter and making several phone calls urging them to reconsider. The final decision came literally twenty minutes before the judge took his seat, after Mr. Dunn had talked to a couple important people and managed to get them to agree to an ARD for me. Based on everything I have heard about cases like mine in Bucks County, I am incredibly fortunate to have gotten this result, and the X factor was having Mr. Dunn as my attorney. I couldn't be more grateful for everything he's done, and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of a DUI lawyer in the Philly area.
