Biography
I have worked as a Partner with Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, P.C. for many years. I litigate in Federal and State Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including in the District of New Jersey, the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. I have successfully handled trials, arbitrations, mediations, oral arguments before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, settlement conferences, EEOC mediations, unemployment hearings and many other employment-related matters. I have also authored or co-authored materials and presented at the following employment-related courses:
