We paid $2,500 to file a ch. 7 but months after doing so we were told we made too much money and would end up paying 100% of our debt through a bankruptcy. Even though we initially had countless conversations about salaries and expenses and were not told to walk away. Alex took our money and then t...ook days, sometimes weeks, to respond to us. Each time we emailed him we had to follow up 3 days later saying "Hey Alex, any update???" Any time we called the office he wasn't there or with another client. He had us come to the office to sign final papers to file, yet we ended up going over all the paperwork he should've already completed. We began this process in Nov 2015, and by February 2016 we were still dealing with the missing in action and duplicate questions, there was not much guidance. Most of what I learned about filing and what expenses to include I found on google. We decided not to file and build a case to get our money back that we paid for lacking service. An entire month has gone by since our last email with Alex and we haven't heard from him since...why??? He has no clue how we are or are not moving forward with the bankruptcy. Good luck to the next person willing to give money away.

Alex did a wonderful job with our will. He expained everything clearly, and he was very thorough, giving my husband and I confidence that our wishes will be followed.
