Alexander Moretsky

I have been working with Alex for about 3 years now. He is very thorough and diligent. He has worked out a few deals for me on separate occasion and is always available. That is important. He gets tough when he needs to. He is also human. He has a great personality and we’ve even had a few laughs. I... have often said to him we could be friends. That’s a good feeling. Unlike a lot of stuffy attorneys who get tired of the work they may like to call monotonous, but is always important to the client.

We worked in numerous occasions with Mr Moretsky, he represented our real estate development company in several legal occasion. For our most recent case we filed a motion for specific actions as the seller of a property withdraw out of a sales agreement for being greedy and asking for more and more m...oney. In the end we got our case through in reasonable time and it was extremely worth to have the advise and profesional back up by Mr Moretsky.

There were many unique issues with our bankruptcy case, but it was no match for Alex. Alex was both kind and professional and took the time to answer all of our questions (there were many). He always responded to us quickly (within one or two business days but very often the same day). Great guy ...and Excellent attorney.

We paid $2,500 to file a ch. 7 but months after doing so we were told we made too much money and would end up paying 100% of our debt through a bankruptcy. Even though we initially had countless conversations about salaries and expenses and were not told to walk away. Alex took our money and then t...ook days, sometimes weeks, to respond to us. Each time we emailed him we had to follow up 3 days later saying "Hey Alex, any update???" Any time we called the office he wasn't there or with another client. He had us come to the office to sign final papers to file, yet we ended up going over all the paperwork he should've already completed. We began this process in Nov 2015, and by February 2016 we were still dealing with the missing in action and duplicate questions, there was not much guidance. Most of what I learned about filing and what expenses to include I found on google. We decided not to file and build a case to get our money back that we paid for lacking service. An entire month has gone by since our last email with Alex and we haven't heard from him since...why??? He has no clue how we are or are not moving forward with the bankruptcy.
