After high school, I enlisted in the U.S. Air Force as a security specialist (military police) and later cross-trained into military intelligence. I completed his undergraduate degree while in the service and left active duty to attend Temple University, School of Law.
While at Temple,I interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office before graduating in January 1993. As an intern in the Philly DA's office I conducted numerous preliminary hearings and summary trials in the municipal court. After graduation,I joined the Berks County District Attorney's office. Within a few months, I became the senior trial attorney in my assigned criminal courtroom and assisted junior attorneys in their development as prosecutors. From there I joined an insurance defense firm and then opened his own practice in Allentown, PA with a friend from law school. By the time I opened his firm, I had thousands of hours before the court conducting motions, hearings and jury trials.
While practicing law, I maintained my membership in the U.S. Air Force as a reservist and earn my commission to Second Lieutenant. At the end of 2000 and in the beginning 2001, I began to wrap up my partnership and was called on to provide leadership and increased support to my reserve unit at Willow Grove. After 9/11, I decided to return to government service. Working for the U.S. Air Force, I dedicated myself to telling the story of the sacrifices and accomplishment of the military service members by taking media to training base like Ft. Benning, GA as well as to the combat zones in Iraq and Afghanistan, and other areas of interest to the US like the Horn of Africa.
After I retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserve at the rank of captain,I did two more short stints as a civil servant for Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Navy before returning to private practice in my own office.

He did the impossible.
We hired Mr. Medvesky for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case last year. Mr. Medvesky was very thorough during the process and, thanks to his expertise and professionalism, won the case for us. However, after that, he went above and beyond and took on the challenge of trying to get a discharge for our studen...
Thank you for the high praise. Your case was exceptional. I'm not sure the polices that were in effect at the time of your bankruptcy will continue concerning student loans. I wish you all the best.

Friendly and Patient
We really lucked out with Mark. He was the exact person we needed for what was an intensely stressful process (bankruptcy). Never once did he show a hint of impatience or condescension, but don't let his big teddy bear like personality fool you, this guy knows what he's doing! Always on point. He was...

"Mr. Medvesky is quite knowledgeable in both family and estate work. He is a very well-respected attorney in his community. I endorse him."
"I have known Mark for over 20 years where I first met him while attending law school. Although we started law school together, Mark was set back a year after he was called upon to serve his country during the Iraq situation as an Air Force Reserve member. Shortly after Mark graduated, we formed a partnership and practiced law together for several years before Mark again returned to the military to pursue his goal of becoming an officer. Mark is a kind man with strong moral commitments with his family, friends and clients. He is easy to speak with, reasonable in his demands and most importantly, his is a very honest man. Mark is a well respected attorney within the legal professional which he has been earned over the many years that he has been practicing law. In fact, if I were in need of an attorney, I would without question contact Mark for representation."
"Mark is an excellent attorney and very knowledgeable on many different areas of law. I never hesitate to refer clients to him, all of which have been very happy with his services."
