We hired Mr. Medvesky for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case last year. Mr. Medvesky was very thorough during the process and, thanks to his expertise and professionalism, won the case for us. However, after that, he went above and beyond and took on the challenge of trying to get a discharge for our studen...t loan debt. We admittedly had heard how difficult it was to accomplish this and did not have high hopes. Imagine our shock when Mr. Medvesky was able to get our student loan debt written off with the bankruptcy. I found Mr. Medvesky through an online search. Reading his online reviews are one off the reasons I decided to use his services. I met with Mr. Medvesky for a free consultation and he explained all aspects of filing for bankruptcy. I was a nervous wreck and was so stress out at the time. We really lucked out with Mark. He was the exact person we needed for what was an intensely stressful process (bankruptcy). Never once did he show a hint of impatience or condescension, but don't let his big teddy bear like personality fool you, this guy knows what he's doing! Always on point. I contacted Mark in fall of 2013 about a disagreement with a local merchant.
