My family first contracted Kevin for legal work more than 20 years ago, and his name always stuck with me as a competent, caring attorney. I came to see him all these years later on behalf of a young family friend trapped in indefinite probation for a misdemeanor. I was referred to Kevin Hand by several former clients of his, who were extremely satisfied with services. I was getting divorced and was so overwhelmed, but the minute I met with Kevin, I knew I made the right choice. He immediately allayed my fears and was very empathetic. From that point on, he... took over, and he was professional, intelligent, knowledgeable, supportive and very accessible and genuine. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, and I was, and still am, so impressed with his negotiating skills, thorough knowledge of the laws, and how they pertained to me, and his compassion! Even though I've been divorced for 5 years, I can still pick up the phone with a question and he responds immediately. His assistant, Diane Waterson was amazing also. Kevin does not keep his word when I dealt with him he did not like the fact that I questioned his handling of my case. After paying him thousands of dollars to review my case he had nothing to present to me and he could not answer any of my questions regarding my case because he did not read the tran...scripts of my case he just said I need 20k more to move forward. He had zero direction he knew nothing about the what was in the transcripts and his partner was embarrassed that he could not answer any of my questions. He had ZERO notes to review with me. Kevin will not put the work in to help you win you case at least not one that would take some of his after being paid thousands to review He is a 2 out of 10. He should have been a ,an and just given me my money back for not putting in the work.

Kevin is great in the 1st meeting however his strategy idea's after the 1st meeting and after he takes your money where nowhere to be found ever. It was sad because he is a snake oil salesman at best. He takes your money says the obvious and wants more money to go further without discussing strategy.... He does not know the law but thinks he does.
