Kevin L. Hand

Kevin is a Partner at Kardos, Rickles, Hand and Bidlingmaier, having joined the Firm in 2013.  Previously, he was a partner in a well known Bucks County law firm. Kevin concentrates his practice in domestic relations and criminal law. Kevin handles a variety of domestic relations matters including divorce, support, custody relocation and domestic violence cases. His criminal practice focuses on a wide array of issues including evidentiary matters and juvenile cases. Kevin’s criminal practice extends beyond Bucks County as he represents clients in Federal Courts. Kevin also has considerable appellate experience representing clients in criminal and family law matters in the Pennsylvania’s Appellate Courts.

Prior to entering private practice, Kevin was a Falls Township Police Administrator and serves as Deputy Solicitor for the Pennsylvania State Police. 

Mr. Hand was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1991 and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit and the United States Superior Court. He received his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in 1976, his M.S., cum laude in 1982 from West Chester University and his J.D. in 1991 from Temple University. He is a member of The Family Law Sections of the American, Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations. Mr. Hand is also a member of The Pennsylvania and American Association of Trial Lawyers. 

Kevin regularly lectures on family and criminal law issues. As a speaker, his presentations often focus on trial strategy, evidentiary matters and complex support litigation.
