Lier! Never even requested my discovery from the police and we were scheduled for a non jury trial with no knowledge of evidence obtained! Forged my signature to wave my hearing and charged me for hours worked that never happened towards a trail we never went to bc we fired them! Refund is demanded a...nd our request was denied!! Absolutely terrible don’t use this lawyer!

I met with Attorney Mack back in August of 2023 to defend me on a case, we made an agreement and I paid him $1500 for his defense. After several months of not hearing anything and not being able to even get in touch with a paralegal (left several messages) I was finally able to schedule another appoi...ntment to meet with Attorney Mack. Upon my arrival we entered his office and his action were like he had no idea why I was even there. As I started to reiterate our conversation he still had no memory in relation to anything involving my case. Of course I pushed back a little at which time he stated that perhaps he was not the attorney to represent me in this case. After a cool down period of a couple days I called the office back and left a message requesting a refund since he basically quit. A few days later I received a call to come in and meet with Attorney Stephens as he was going to take over my case. The initial meeting went well and I left feeling confident. Fast forward to December 2024 and I still have had no progress. The messages left at the office are not returned. I also have communicated with Attorney Stephens via text messages to his mobile device. Each time he replies he is tied up in a hearing and will get back to me either later on that day or the next. Needless to say I am still awaiting those replies. I did find out that this law office is actually up for sale. Something, actually a lot of things just don't feel right and at the end of the day I have received almost next to nothing from a service perspective.

I regret having ever hired this guy. You meet him in person, consult for a few minutes, and you think, HE is going to defend you and be in touch after you hire him. No sir! He farms you out to someone below him, or third party affiliated, that works on scraping you off or billing you for more mone...y. I ended up terminating the firm, on account of them not being sincere in defending me, why did you agree to do so when I hired YOU? Why would I hire you at all if you are not doing, what we agreed, hence, what is your duty? I Was charged over 3,500.00, and never had a single hearing with them!

I had a DUI and was totally freaking out. I did a live chat on a Sunday and was able to meet with attorney mack that day, face to face. I was a mess and he made me feel so much better. The girl there sat with me and we figured out a payment plan that I can actually afford. The attorneys and staff are... awesome. I would absolutely refer Mack Law to anyone that asks.
