I had a DUI and was totally freaking out. I did a live chat on a Sunday and was able to meet with attorney mack that day, face to face. I was a mess and he made me feel so much better. As I assume most of you here have done something stupid (as I did), I want to share my experience. I had a temporary lapse of judgment last month, having a few too many cocktails and driving home. To compound my situation, I smoked some marijuana in my car during my ride home and next thing I know, o...ne of Scranton’s finest decided to stop me to see “how my night was going”... (it was going good up till that point). He immediately asked me to step out of my car because he said he smelled marijuana. He asked me if I had any marijuana in the car and I said no, he asked me if I had been drinking and I gave the standard answer that I had a drink or two... Long story short, I found the field sobriety test and they searched my car and found 2 ounces of marijuana. Needless to say, I got a ride to the police station in the back of his car. I was charged with DUI (I had a BAC of .13). The next day I got bailed out and immediately contacted the Mack law offices. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable with them. After my consultation with Mark Mack, I was relieved that I had a good chance that I would stay out of jail and possibly even get the charges dropped. The day we went to court, I was still very very nervous until I met Mr. Mack on the courthouse steps. He assured me he was prepared and felt good about my case. Long story short, he got me a plea deal that I couldn’t believe. They should call him Mark Mack the magician! In closing, try not to do anything stupid. But if you do, you should definitely call the Mack law firm.

Hired Mack law for Dui. Made a HUGE mistake. Could have been better off with a public defender and saved myself a lot of money and worry. Communication Was terrible through this process. Didn't show up for a hearing and someone else came on his behalf almost an hr late. Maxk does not have your back!... Had a lot of questions to be answered and no one to help. Isn't this why you hire an attorney in the first place? Save yourself some money and hire a public defender if you ever get a DUI. Especially a first time offender. I would have gotten the same results, and they maybe a public defender would have been more professional.

Anyone can get a DUI, but I am so happy I contacted Mack Law Offices. On top of the DUI I was charged with a hit and run and a HIGH BAC. I am so thankful for my attorney Mark. This being my first offense, walking into court for the first time was a very terrifying feeling, but after I got a chance t...o meet Mark and heard what he had to say it really calmed my nerves. Hit and run's usually result into some jail time as he explained to me but he was able to take jail time off the table, which is all I was asking for. He was able to get me the best plea I can get and I am very satisfied with it knowing it could have gotten way worse.
