I hired Ben to fight a couple of tickets I received after a car crash that were not deserved. Having a class A license with haz mat I knew I had to fight these tickets and I couldn’t do it alone so I reached out to Ben asking for help. I told him what had happened and with all the information and lac...k of evidence he helped me get the tickets dismissed. Without a lawyer I probably would’ve had to pay a bunch of fines and have a number of points on my license.

Knew before I did that I was being charged with a moving violation. I was hit in the rear at a 4 way stop. The person that ran the light (was just leaving work) and hit me in my rear quarter panel and spin me 180 degrees, had a work buddy stop at the scene 2 minutes after it happened and told the pol...ice that he witnessed me run the stop sign. Guess who the police believed...yep him., because he had a "witness". The police didn't even question that if I ran the stop sign, he would have hit me in the front or even side of my vehicle. AND "if" he stopped at the stop sign, how did he gain that much speed from a "complete stop" to spin me completely around and do that much damage to my vehicle's REAR quarter panel???? I received a solicitation letter from this Attorney's office saying that I see you are being charged with a traffic offense. Hmm. The very next day I receive a registered letter that I am being charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, etc and if found guilty I would receive points on my spotless driving record. I was furious, dumbfounded and scared. I have never been in trouble or had a ticket before. Like an idiot I called this Attorney's office. They looked up the other driver and guess what?? One more offense and his driving privileges would be suspended. I guess people that don't like to obey the laws get away Scott free. Atty. Stanton was very nice and professional. Told me to plead not guilty, pay the fine, approx. 185.00 and request a hearing. Oh and pay his fee of 750.00 BEFORE the hearing. The day of the hearing, the other driver and his "witness" was a no show. Surprising.. Atty. Stanton he goes to speak with the Officer who looked like he knew well. He told me the Officer is willing to plead my charges down to failure to use hazard lights, no points on my license, etc. And since I already paid the fine, I should be owed money. Like an idiot I agreed, not knowing what else to do. Magistrate signs off on the plea deal and I am dismissed. Ah, okay what about my vehicle, it is still damaged. I only have liability since it is a 2008. Oh well that will be up to the insurance companies to fight out. His insurance already denied my claim since the accident was MY fault. Do not let an Attorney talk you into anything. Get another consultation. I was wronged by so many people and the justice system is for the ones who know how to lie and cheat. Guess how much of a refund i received??? $20.00. From failure to stop at a stop sign to failure to use hazard lights. One you get points and the other is just a blip on your record. Nice right?? What a racket the all have going for them. Easy money!! I still can't afford to fix my vehicle or buy a new one. I live paycheck to paycheck and that is my only way to work. I hope they can all sleep at night. All I can say is KARMA.....
