I was facing several different charges (which could have resulted in 6 months license suspension) and points againt my license. Hired Mr. Stanton and due to his legal experience and expertise I ended up just paying a fine, with no suspension and no points. He was kind, patient and fast to reply to an...y questions. I personally went through a very traumatic event in May 2021. Afterwards, I was diagnosed with PTSD and in treatment as a single mom of two autistic teens, I was fearful of who I was and even with all this..Then next I was being served papers of charges that were placed against me by the same offic...er that refused to take my incident report earlier that year for being attacked and assaulted. This cop was charging me for filing false information which I was telling the truth about.. I wanted to give up after receiving yet another injustice in this cruel world we live. As a lot of opinions came at me of how my case was not worth fighting due to the fact it was a officer that was involved, and other attorney's seeming very one sided. When I told him that the charges against me were false and that I wanted my truth to be told and justice, he believed me when the entire Justice system was failing me! Attorney Ben Stanton was all for helping me to show my facts! After a process of court hearings, Attorney Ben Stanton got my case to be dismissed. He helped me find Justice in this case. He is a Attorney who is fair, and very compassionate, he gives his all for his clients. He explains every step and process. He made my case about me and not just what would be a easy way out. He really fought for me and it was always my pleasure working with him. He went above and beyond for my rights and that's just not something you find everyday. I've always told my girls' all their lives that the truth is always best and you may not be able to change this cruel world all by yourself but you can always due your part and the little parts we can around us. Attorney Ben Stanton is a blessing in our lives; as he always believed in me when so many others refused to be involved with my case or just didn't believe in the truth all together. I am 52 years old, NEVER been in trouble with the law!!! Had an angry disrespectful whom.broke protoc...ol one to my house over my special needs adopted daughter whom has mental illnesses, autism, & Trauma.. She was having an 5 hour melt down, & thee officer would not listen 2 me, very disrespectful and charged me with 2 harassment charges.. Attorney Stanton got them BOTH THROWN OUT.
