I was negligently charged with a criminal misdemeanor. I contacted Brian Jordan because I heard that he is a top 40 lawyer under 40 (and recently he achieved rank as a "Super Lawyer.") Brian was in contact with us the entire time. He listened to us, supported us in the direction we chose to go, but he never mislead us or gave us false hope. He was very honest which proved to be his best trait, which prepared us for whatever could come. Brian gave me tips on how to apply for probation once we decided that that was the route to go rather than fighting it in court, which would have achieved the same result of probation (charges expunged) had I won the case (charges dismissed). It was a no-brainer to just take some probation rather than drag out the ordeal in court. Brian has the savvy to achieve the best results. His straightforward approach is something that keeps you clear-eyed as to how the criminal system works and what your options are. Brian stood by us the entire time. I felt like he supported us and would not let us down. I highly recommend him.

I am providing a review of the services that I received from Attorney Brian Christopher Jordan and his office staff. I will not mention the details of my legal case but can provide an honest opinion of how I felt it was handled by Mr. Jordan's office. When I initially reached out to Mr. Jor...dan, he was not available but the office staff kindly took my contact information and told me that he would call later that day. A few hours later Mr. Jordan called me and we discussed my situation. He was very knowledgeable in the legal area at hand and he very quickly instilled in me the confidence that he was the right attorney for my case. We spent a very good 20 minutes on the phone and not once did Mr. Jordan try to hurry me off. He intently listened to everything that I said then very clearly explained the legal process that lie ahead. I knew at this point that he was the attorney that I wanted for my case and I contracted with him to represent me. During the entire legal process, Mr. Jordan kept me completely updated with things as they progressed and he provided me with clear instructions when it was necessary for me to complete paperwork, attend hearings, etc. I was very impressed with his knowledge of how he felt things would progress with my case and how accurate he was when it really came down to it in the court room. I have no doubts that because of the way Mr. Jordan prepared and then presented my case to the judge, we received an extremely good determination. I could not be happier with the courts decision and the final outcome of my case. For that I am extremely grateful to Mr. Jordan and his thorough office staff.
