Biography
I am currently practicing criminal defense and juvenile delinquency in Lehigh Valley (Northampton and Lehigh) and Monroe County. My office is located conveniently in Easton, PA. I also have a satelite office in Stroudsburg, PA, directly next to the courthouse. My practice spans the entire spectrum of criminal defense from minor traffic offenses to serious violent crimes including sexual offenses.
I was previously employed as a full-time public defender in Monroe County after completing a Clerkship with the Honorable Arthur L. Zulick. During my tenure in Monroe County, I worked on many important cases including litigation challenging sex offender registration for Juveniles and a published Superior Court opinion involving supression of statements made by a juvenile in residential sex offender treatment. Upon opening my criminal defense practice in Easton, I was employed as a part-time public defender for Northampton County. In 2018, I left the public defender office, as I was appointed to the position of Dependency Hearing Officer. I continue to serve in that position in addition to my priviate criminal defense practice. I also serve as solcitor for various municipalties throughout the Lehigh Valley.
