If you're getting an amicable divorce use LegalZoom.. I was told about the $2500 retainer and Thomas said whatever is not used will be credited back (fancy wordplay for you ain't getting sh!t back).. I started the process in Sept 2021.. Both myself and ex received a copy of the letter of intent for ...divorce (a 10min letter that the secretary probably did), then didn't hear sh!t from them until i had to call them 8 months later.. He then said, "Oh you're ready to get divorced now?" (WTF A$SHOLE).. He said he was going to write up the Property Agreement and it would be mailed out by the end of the week.. Three weeks later still nothing so i called again and said i want my money back that he's obviously too busy.. The secretary then calls me with this lie.. She said Thomas has reviewed the Property Agreement and she's sending it to me for approval.. Well Thomas must be one dumb mother F'er because it was easy to see this was a template used on their last client.. My ex's address was wrong and they left facts about their last client in there (Husband pays wife $6500 then gets keys to house on Prospect St in Hawley PA...etc) .. What part of my information will the next client see.. YOUR INFO IS NOT SAFE WITH THIS FIRM.. My ex and myself signed the agreement and a week later we were divorced.. I asked about my remaining balance and was told i get nothing back but the balance can be used for future matters.. WTF Why would i ever use him again and for what d!ckhead.. So I'm out $2500 and could've easily spent only $600 with LegalZoom.. WATCH FOR RETAINERS WITH THIS AS$HOLE OF A SO CALLED LAWYER..

i had terrible experience with Mr. Mincer. he didnt understabd my concern, stating something other than issue at hand. i received letter from pendot to suspend my licence to to allegid poor vision. mincer kept on requesting physical exam per letter, even though its a vision issue per letter and pen...dot wants vision test. letter has typo, but mincer disregarded this rather than calling pendot to verify.

I had hired Thomas a little later on in my case when we were at a dead end. I felt worn down, physically & mentally exhausted. Thomas Mincer immediately brought light into the situation. He had a plan it was calculated, well thought out. He also worked and consulted with other attorneys, then he ...went into the court room and backed everything up with actions. He filed new motions, he was always 10 steps ahead at all times, extremely sharp man but very polite, humble and down to earth. He was completely ready to go to trial and win expeditiously. He completely turned my case around and was able to resolve which was once a extremely dangerous case, where my life would have been completely ruined, also devastating my wife and my family. He was able to bring the situation to a much less & reasonable but fair conclusion. Words can’t explain our appreciation for his services. It was a long and drawn out process but he was there every time in my corner strategically making moves and brilliant moves at that. My case will be resolved and finalized 12/3/20 I would recommend “Thomas Earl Mincer “ to anyone who feels there situation is hopeless. Everything he does is so well thought out and I honestly believe there could not of been another attorney that could of done what he had done for me in the amount of time he had. My wife and I have been using Mr. Mincer since 2013. He knows exactly what he is doing it and has been doing it for years. It gets me how people complain that he does not get back to them because he has always gotten back to us. People need to realize that in this profession they are not sitting behi...nd a desk they are in court or on travel to court. They get back to you at the best time they can. Regardless though, he is absolutely fair in his pricing and I would not go anywhere else.
