Thomas Earl Mincer

I had hired Thomas a little later on in my case when we were at a dead end. I felt worn down, physically & mentally exhausted. Thomas Mincer immediately brought light into the situation. He had a plan it was calculated, well thought out. He also worked and consulted with other attorneys, then he ...went into the court room and backed everything up with actions. He filed new motions, he was always 10 steps ahead at all times, extremely sharp man but very polite, humble and down to earth. He was completely ready to go to trial and win expeditiously. He completely turned my case around and was able to resolve which was once a extremely dangerous case, where my life would have been completely ruined, also devastating my wife and my family. He was able to bring the situation to a much less & reasonable but fair conclusion. Words can’t explain our appreciation for his services. It was a long and drawn out process but he was there every time in my corner strategically making moves and brilliant moves at that. Everything he does is so well thought out and I honestly believe there could not of been another attorney that could of done what he had done for me in the amount of time he had. My wife and I have been using Mr. Mincer since 2013. He knows exactly what he is doing it and has been doing it for years. It gets me how people complain that he does not get back to them because he has always gotten back to us. People need to realize that in this profession they are not sitting behi...nd a desk they are in court or on travel to court. They get back to you at the best time they can. Regardless though, he is absolutely fair in his pricing and I would not go anywhere else.
