terrrible experience
i had terrible experience with Mr. Mincer. he didnt understabd my concern, stating something other than issue at hand. i received letter from pendot to suspend my licence to to allegid poor vision. mincer kept on requesting physical exam per letter, even though its a vision issue per letter and pen...
