I went to Atty. Olexa after I got charger with PWID, use of telecommunication device for illegal activity, possession, and a slew of other felonies and misdemeanors. I was facing up to 15 years. I have to say this upfront at first Ed seemed aloof and not too informative which had me worried at first. But I am a client who had been stopped for a DWI and refused to take a test which by law a guilty plea would have made me lose my license for a year plus do jail time. We chose to go to trial an...d that is when I realized how prepared Ed was. I read his notes and his practice questions and how much research he had done preparing for my case and was blown away. Needless to say verdict was not Guilty This man knows his job and does an unbelievable job in cross examination. He found so many inconsistencies in the officers testimony that he almost got the case thrown out. The lack of communication at the start was not due to not caring about my problem but to the fact that he did not want to waste my money on needless conversations.
